Website privacy

Updated 6 October 2026

This notice covers enquiries submitted to CJ Security Solutions Pty Ltd through cjsecuritysolutions.com.au.

Information you provide

The quote form asks for your name, business name (optional), email, phone, site location, requested service, timing and project details. Please do not include passwords, alarm codes, identity documents or other sensitive information in an enquiry.

How enquiries are handled

We use enquiry details to assess the work, prepare a quote, communicate with you and keep the relevant business records. The website sends submissions to our Google-based job intake and email systems. Authorised team members can access the information needed to handle the enquiry.

Website services and storage

Our hosting and Google service providers process information to operate the website, deliver enquiries and maintain security. Processing may occur outside Australia. Hosting services may record technical request information such as IP addresses for operation and security.

The website uses a session-storage flag to avoid repeating its introductory animation. It does not use advertising trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser and network information to distinguish people from automated abuse. Our enquiry endpoint also keeps short-lived, cryptographically keyed network counters to limit repeated requests; those counters contain no enquiry content or raw IP address. Service providers may use necessary security technologies.

Access, correction and concerns

To ask about information held from an enquiry, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email admin@cjsecuritysolutions.com.au. We will review the request and explain any records we need to retain for business or legal reasons.

Keeping your information safe

Please use the enquiry form only for the initial scope. We can agree an appropriate method for exchanging detailed security plans or sensitive project material separately.
